Some days things just go left.
What started off as a great day sucks by the time you log off your computer in the evening. Or maybe you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, dreading whatever this week has in store.
It’s OK to feel that way. Lord you know I feel like that every now and then.
I’m running my own business and some days I’m like, ‘yes! This is awesome!’ and some days it’s like, ‘girl. You better go find a job posting and start applying!’
I’m saying all of this to say, some days will be terrible and you’ll want to give up—but you have to remember why you’re doing all of this.
I don’t want to go back to the 9-to-5 hustle, working with a lot of people who are only out for themselves (that’s another post for another day), so I am going to do all that I can to ensure that this works.
For others, it’s about hustling at their jobs and dealing with the nonsense at work because they have a greater plan for their career.
Whatever your workday looks like, remember you can take time, lick wounds, vent, be frustrated, but then you gotta get up and get moving again.
We’ve all been there.
Don’t stay there.
Have a happy Monday!
